How can I obtain the user manual?
Have you received your drone but don't have the manual in your package? We have decided to make our manuals digital, available for download:
Are you a dropshipping site?
No, we have developed our own products and established dedicated partnerships for the manufacture of our drones. With our own warehouse, we control the storage process for our products. Rest assured that with us, you benefit from the assurance of a dedicated and committed team. This site is dedicated to providing products that are ready to be shipped to our customers.

Where can I find technical support?

Do I need a permit to fly my drone for recreational purposes?
United Kingdom distinguishes between commercial and recreational use of drones. All our drones are recreational drones. If your drone weighs less than 250 grams, rest assured that no restrictions apply and no license is required for its use.
How can I transfer my videos to the computer?
Simply plug the MicroSD card into your computer like a USB flash drive. You can also export it from your phone to your computer. We strongly recommend using the SD card to transfer images from the drone to your computer if your drone has an SD card slot.
What happens if the drone runs out of battery power?
If the drone's battery is running low, your connected phone will immediately send you an alert, allowing you to perform a safe landing with a simple press of the automatic landing button. We recommend that you do not continue flying after the low battery warning.
For drone models that do not have this alert feature, you will simply notice a gradual loss of power, which is a sign that it is time to land the aircraft and replace the battery.
What happens if the drone loses connection to the phone?
Don't worry, if you lose connection with your phone, only the camera feed will be disabled. You will still be able to control the drone and bring it back. Our drones are equipped with a connection range of at least 1 km, and up to 3 km for some models, ensuring constant visual contact with your drone while giving you enough distance for all your adventures.
What application do our drones work with?
You can scan the QR code in the user manual to download the app for free without a subscription.
Will I receive everything I need to get started?
Yes! Everything you need to fly and film. Note: it is advisable to fully charge the batteries before takeoff. We also recommend purchasing the takeoff and landing runway, which will allow you to take off and land safely with your drone!
How do I connect my drone to the app?
The connection process is extremely simple. Start by downloading the app by scanning the QR code on the instructions. Then, simply turn on the drone. Connect to the drone's Wi-Fi using your phone, then open the newly downloaded app. The connection will be established automatically.

What are the delivery times?
Our goal is to offer a seamless shopping experience with clear and transparent terms and conditions.

Estimated delivery times:
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: Orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

My order still hasn't arrived. Is this normal?
If your order is less than 10 days old, please be patient, as delivery may be delayed.

I have received my package and would like a refund.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Customer Service:
Send an email to contact@aero-uav.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if possible. - Receive Authorization:
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions. - Prepare the Package:
Carefully pack the item with its original packaging and labels. Include the return authorization form inside the parcel. - Shipping:
Use a reliable delivery service with tracking.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect — in that case, Aero UAV will cover the costs.
No restocking fees will be applied.

I would like to cancel my order. Is that possible?
You can cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service department.
